On December 30th, the launching ceremony of SAGMOTO first product was held in SAG Commercial Vehicle Company’s Baoji Industrial Park.

The development conference of Shaanxi Automobile Holding Group Company was held in SAG Commercial Vehicle Company’s New Energy Base.

The Company implemented the development strategy of "one centre and two wings", extending its products from medium duty trucks to heavy and light duty trucks.

On December 18th, the Company launched the first internet-of-trucks for heavy duty service, "Tianxingjian".

On July 16th, Wen Jiabao, the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) member and the former Premier of the State Council, inspected Shaanxi Automobile Company.

On April 21, in Shanghai, Shaanxi Automobile Holding Group Company, Xi'an Jiaotong University and Chang'an University jointly set up the first "New Energy R&D and Application Laboratory for Heavy Duty Trucks".
