Streamlined exterior design

The vehicle is equipped with CATL's latest-generation battery + INOVANCE controller + Hande Integrated E-Drive Axle (the industry's first heavy-duty new energy vehicle-specific flat-wire high-efficiency motor). It has undergone reliability testing on professional proving grounds, including over 15,000 km on reinforced road surfaces and no fewer than 300 Water Fording cycles for the three-electric (battery, motor, controller) system, ensuring safety and reliability.

The vehicle is equipped with various intelligent features for assured driving, convenient operation, and safety.

The vehicle comes standard with functions like work operation monitoring, hill start assist, energy recovery, and high-voltage interlock. It is also equipped with intelligent features such as smart battery maintenance, low-speed cruise control, battery anti-theft, and APP remote monitoring/control, leading the industry in technology. This makes the I5 product more intelligent and technologically advanced, ensuring driving peace of mind and convenient operation.

The interior cabin continues the classic design language. The instrument panel is adorned with chrome trim strips and hydro-printed panels, exuding a premium feel. The seats feature a novel and unique staggered pattern of square perforations, creating a simple and warm atmosphere.

Hande 11.5t Integrated E-Drive Axle (Motor & Gearbox), The powertrain system is 200kg lighter. Multi-dimensional energy-saving design enables a smaller battery capacity to replace larger ones.

High-Strength Steel Lightweight Frame, Material optimization analysis, topology-optimized structure, advanced roll-forming process. The new battery frame uses high-strength steel, optimizing the load-bearing structure and reducing weight.
